Managing Broker

Nick is the Designated Managing Broker at Joel Ward Homes. He works directly with his buyers and sellers in brokerage, real estate investment, and property management. He also practices real estate appraisal as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Nick prides himself on providing his clients with the information and tools to make the best possible decisions, and views the role of Realtor as a facilitator, educator, and information source. In addition to his role as Designated Managing Broker, Nick is also an active investor in real estate throughout Champaign. He is also proud to serve on several committees at the Champaign County Association of Realtors, and is currently in his second year as chairperson for the Professional Development Working Group.

Nick is a life-long resident of Champaign-Urbana, where he attended Centennial High School. He graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelors degree in Marketing in 2013. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, practicing jiujitsu, backpacking, and hiking.
