Broker/ Trainee Appraiser

John has been a member of the Champaign-Urbana community since 1995. Born in the small town of Eureka, Illinois in 1990, he moved to the Champaign area with his family in 1995. He briefly attended Dr. Howard Elementary and Edison Middle School before returning to Eureka to complete his primary education. After graduating high school in 2009, he was accepted into the Music Performance program at Illinois State University. John worked various jobs in the service industry while attending college and found working with and serving people to be his true passion and calling.

Upon moving back to Champaign in 2016 to find a better service job, he began employment at Sun Singer Wine & Spirits where he worked for three years. Once established within the community, John began working diligently to acquire his real estate license with the intent of joining the distinguished and service-minded team at Joel Ward Homes. In September of 2019, he obtained his license and joined the Champaign County Association of Realtors.

Working as a REALTOR as well as a property manager, he strives to help all clients, tenants, and property owners to achieve their real estate goals. In his free time, John enjoys playing music, watching sports, and travelling.
