Bob Dillon came to the Champaign-Urbana area to attend the University of Illinois and graduated with a B. S. in Finance with a specialization in real estate in 1975. He worked in the banking industry in Champaign for over 25 years where spent much of his time providing commercial and residential mortgage lending services to the community.

Bob has been married to Pat, a Monticello native, for 31 years and they have 2 sons. Ryan graduated from Illinois State University and works in the insurance industry in Naperville. Taylor is attending Belmont University in Nashville beginning in the fall of 2009. Bob coached both boys in Little League baseball, served as treasurer of their Cub Scout pack, and served on the Champaign County United Way's Allocation committee for 12 years. Their family has lived in Savoy since they built a home there in 1993.

Bob has been a real estate investor since 1980 and currently owns several income producing properties. He will be happy to share his expertise in this area with you if you are interested in expanding your investment base.

Their family enjoys traveling, especially to the ocean, and hosting backyard cookouts for friends and family.
